Key Features
  • High efficacy/high lumen package offering
  • Contains no mercury or lead, utilizes Bayer MaterialScience® recycled plastics and packaging, and is RoHS compliant.
  • Lightest weight LED lamp line in the industry eliminating large aluminum heat sinks, fins and clunky housings.
  • All lamps available in Cool White (ANSI 6500K), Natural White (ANSI 5000K) and Warm White (ANSI 3000K)
  • All lamps are designed to be compatible with standard incandescent and halogen fixtures.
  • Average lamp life of up to 50,000 hours
  • Uses 80% less energy than standard incandescent bulbs
  • High standards of consistency due to an automated manufacturing process, which includes no hand soldering or screws used in design.
  • 100% - 10% on most commercial grade dimmers1
¹Some dimming systems require a minimum load to operate properly. Array lamps are energy efficient, low power devices. With only a few lamps in a circuit, they may not meet the minimum load required for an existing dimming system. As a result the LED lamps may glow or may not dim properly. Please consult the dimming system manufacturer for minimum load requirements or contact Array LED to help you determine the proper dimming system to operate the LED lamps.

Why Array ?

A Fundamental Shift

Solid State Lighting is quickly turning into a technology that promises to fundamentally change the lighting industry and how we use lighting commercially and residentially. No other lighting technology offers as much potential to save energy and enhance the quality of the environment we work and live in.

Not All LED Lamps Are Created Equal

The main issue to date is finding the right Solid State solution that delivers on this groundbreaking technology. When creating an LED lamp there are constant tradeoffs that must be made. Most of the time this revolves around light output versus how hard you “drive” the LED’s. As you drive the LED’s harder more heat is produced which can be detrimental to the lamp and can only be controlled with proper thermal management.

Array lamps have been designed and engineered to utilize patent pending, Selective Heat Sink Technology™ (SHS), a ground breaking approach to thermal management. SHS Technology uses proprietary design and materials to lower thermal resistance to record levels, which allows an array of low power, high efficacy LED’s to achieve unmatched performance.

What Does This Mean For You ?

Most LED lamp manufacturers use the same approach when creating a lamp. The lamps contain a small number (1-5) of high power LED dies which are thermally managed by using heavy metal housings that surround the lamp drawing heat away from the LED circuitry. This approach creates a very expensive and heavy lamp, which usually requires hand assembly and is a rather crude way to thermally manage a system.

Array LED lamps utilize a larger number (40-120) of high efficacy, low power dies and our patent pending, Selective Heat Sink Technology™ which places metal rods at key junction points where LEDs are connected to the circuit board. This means heat is drawn away right at the source and moved as quickly as possible away from the circuit board thus keeping the LED’s and electrical components cool and “happy.” By doing this we are able to automate our process which reduces cost and enables us to meet customer demand. Array lamps are also able to use injection molded housings made from Bayer MaterialScience® recycled plastics which dramatically reduces the weight of our lamps.

We have also taken care to make the switch from traditional incandescent lamps to LED technology as seamless as possible by creating a lamp that is dimmable on most commercial dimmers and always guarantee consistent lamp to lamp color quality. No longer will quality of light be sacrificed to appease sustainability demands. In addition, Array LED lamps have been rigorously tested to the standards set forth by the Department of Energy and we are heavily involved in the writing of LED standards including the Energy Star Integral LED Lamp specification.

Quality & Sustainability

Array lamps have been designed and engineered to utilize patent pending, Selective Heat Sink Technology™ (SHS), a ground breaking approach to thermal management. SHS Technology uses proprietary design and materials to lower thermal resistance to record levels, which allows an array of low power, high efficacy LED’s to achieve unmatched performance. Correct thermal management is a key factor in creating a high quality LED lamp and Array has addressed this in a unique way so as to maximize lamp life, and ensure consistent color quality. No longer will quality of light be sacrificed to appease sustainability demands.

A Revolutionary Design

From the drawing board to the final assembly line our goal was to create a lighting product which not only raised the bar, but also created a new standard in the lighting industry. Utilizing a revolutionary LED package and unique thermal management system, ArrayLED lamps deliver over 20% more lumens per watt over best in class competitive offerings and all lamps can be dimmed on most1 standard commercial dimmers.

Erase Your Footprint

Through our patent pending design, we are in a position to offer a product that is truly environmentally responsible. With the recent flood of “Green” products to the market, we wanted Array to speak for itself. SHS Technology allows all Array lamps to utilize injection molded housings made from Bayer MaterialScience® recycled plastics which fit standard incandescent and halogen fixtures. This means the days of large aluminum heat sinks are gone. Unlike compact fluorescent lamps, Array lamps contain no mercury or lead and are compliant with RoHS standards. In effect we have created a product that creates a minimal carbon footprint.
